Comment: The third picture with the creed seems to be from a brown metallic bag, whereas the first two pictures are of a black bag. Am I the only one seeing this? Also...I don't think this bag is "vintage". I contacted the seller regarding the color of the picture with the creed, she said that it is black but appears brown in that pic due to the lighting of the camera.

Of course, it isn't vintage! It was made in 2011. I think the seller is telling the truth in saying that the creed appears brown because of the flash. Look at the creed in this completed listing for the same bag - it also appears brown. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Ashle...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
The bag in the listing looks fine to me. More opinions are welcome.

Thanks for your prompt reply and for adding that link. I guess they just need to bump up the flash because the creed is inside of the bag and probably is difficult to see.

Actually, if the seller had actually read the creed on her bag, she would find that she made another mistake. According to the seller's description, she states that "This bag was made when Coach still manufactured in the USA." but reading the creed would tell her that this particular bag was made in MEXICO!!

It looks authentic but it isn't tan. It is a Lightweights soft Satchel. It appears to be wine. It has probably faded. They are very prone to fading. I have had trouble cleaning stains off these. Conditioner will probably improve the color.

Could anyone tell me if this bag is authentic?
It's dimensions are: 11.5" wide x 8" high x 4" deep. The strap is about 48" long and hangs about 22" at the last hole (the longest.)

Thanks, whateve, I knew there was a reason why I was hesitant to buy. They are beautiful bags, though.
