The same serial number stamp looks like it was used on the first two shown below from later in the year, once you allow for variations in the lighting on the creeds. The one from April with the US creed is the older style serial stamp, but I'm pretty sure all these are genuine, even the wonky Sonoma with the wrong creed statement.
It just proves the Rules:
Coaches weren't perfect.
The most consistent thing about Coach is their inconsistency.

I was told once that means 'Factory Second" yet I've always read Coach does not ever sell seconds. So, I'm still wondering.

Although Coach is secretive about just about everything, I believe it means final sale and may have been used on items that were returned for various reasons, may have been used, shopworn or otherwise non-saleable at retail. It means "Final Sale", as BB explained.
The only things that came close to a Factory Second were the older bags that had "Irregular" stamps in them. And I've never even seen one where the irregularity was obvious in the photos, but Coach's Quality Control was a lot tougher in the 70s and 80s than in the late 1990s or 2000s.

I purchased the Coach Legacy Two Tone Mini Satchel in Bright Coral/Snow, style # 48896, the matching business card case, and the Legacy Leather Handbag Keychain, style # 63836. There isn't a serial patch, which is normal for the mini satchel. But the top zipper isn't a YKK zipper which worries me. Also, the mini satchel and the business card case both have a rectangular see through, stretchy tag that reads 'MADE IN CHINA CHINE' sewn into the side seam. I'm used to the square fabric tag that reads 'MADE IN CHINA' nice and neat. But they're making new hang tags, so maybe this is new for them too? The picture of the tag is the one in the business card case, which is identical to the one in the mini satchel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!!

Coach has used a lot of brands of zippers. The separating zipper on my Legacy Candace is YKK, the zippers on my duffles and Courtenay don't have any brand name showing. The presence or absence of a YKK zipper doesn't prove anything. The translucent "Made in China" tags are in most new bags. You've got yourself an authentic adorable set. I own the same keychain.

It looks good. It's the small courier pouch - I don't know the style number. I haven't seen very many of them.

Here's a comparison of tags from style 18643. The side by side shows obvious differences in the font, the text and even the UPC code. (Note that the second half of the UPC code should be different because the colors are different. But the first half should be the same as it indicates Coach.)
The comparison tag is from another listing and I rotated it to get the same angles and more clearly show differences.
Coach wouldn't have misspelled the name of the style of bag!
