Fantastic! Thank You so much for taking the time to take a look. Yes, I know the creed on the 2nd Coach is blurry. I suppose I could ask the seller to send a clearer snapshot of that creed. Excited the Baxter is authentic! You've made my day! :)

Hi,
I am hoping someone can help me with this item. I have read places about the 8 serial number in the 70's was wondering if it was actually a misprint on the items or what information you could give me about this would be greatly appreciated. The zipper is a YKK zipper although the pic don't show it well. I am wondering if I have a super rare item on my hands? I am not selling it, but I would like to know more about it, so I created an add just for authentication purposes for you and any other info you might have about the 8 serial number that is continuous? Ty so much!

I don't understand what you mean by "8 serial number in the 70s". The picture you posted shows only a 7-digit serial number and not only is it not unusual, but it's fake. Two of the first three letters would never have been used in a real Coach, and this also proves what we keep repeating over and over and what I say very clearly in the purple signature at the bottom of every single one of my 15,000-plus posts if only people would read it, that having YKK zippers can NEVER prove that a Coach is authentic. There are a LOT of fake "Coaches" with zippers that say YKK.

IF that bag was genuine and the serial number prefix was valid, it wouldn't have been any older than 1994. That particular style in its genuine form wasn't even made until 1999. The description in the creed is for a totally different line of bags made from fabric - hard to read but I believe from the Neoprene-fabric Neo line, not an all-leather bags. The style in your picture is not from the Neo line.

I don't know WHAT "guides" you're reading but you're getting very bad information from somewhere. We always recommend the Coach Guides posted by Salearea at Ebay, which state over and over again that YKK zippers don't prove anything and WHY they don't and how to get an idea of the year a Coach was made from the serial number. It doesn't sound like any of the guides you've read explain ANY of this.

Throw them out, delete and disregard them, and read and save the six Salearea Guides that have ACCURATE information. And if you can get your money back for that fake, please do it.

And you need to remove that Craiglist listing immediately, before someone reports you to CL for selling an illegal counterfeit.

Hi,

I would appreciate it if someone could take a look at this wallet. I just got it recently and wanted to be sure of its authenticity. The outside is fabric and leather but the inside is textured PVC. There is a "made in china, chine ( in 2 lines) " label in the inside pocket which I couldn't take a picture of. I have attached a link to the pictures of the wallet. Thanks in advance.
