Hi all, I'm not new to Coach but I am new to being able to tell the difference between fake and real. I was wondering if I could get some assistance in determining whether this item is real or not. I looked through the thread and didn't see this item anywhere else so my apologies if it was mentioned and I missed it.

Item: Kristin Embellished Sequin Signature Wristlet Begonia Color
Listing Number: 300956383274
Seller: rdrd1111

Comments: It looks fine to me, the stitching and whatnot look straight and the C's line up but I am definitely no expert. Any and all help is appreciated :)

Thanks!
It's fine.
I ventured over to craigslist out of pure curiosity and came across this beauty. I have a black Issy already and it's my favorite bag by far. Everything looks right to me and I think it's a steal at the price (opinion on that?)

Just making sure everything looks right to you guys, authenticity and price wise.
Looks good. As long as the pictures are the seller's own pictures of the actual item, it's fine.

I just won this bag on ebay. Everything looks good to me, but may I also have your opinion on it?? Thank you very much...
Item name: Dinky Bag?? (Is this bag similer to the penny purse??)
Seller: alittlelux

It's genuine, from the middle 1980s. The strap is different from the Penny and the Dinky is a slightly newer style.

I agree that the bag looks fine.

I have one other comment to add to what Hyacinth posted.

In addition to the fact that zipper brand has nothing to do with authenticity, generally, the more stamped hardware you find on a Coach bag, the more likely it is that the bag is fake.

Coach does stamp some hardware with logos some of the time, but not nearly as much as the fakers do!

Hello! Yes I do agree with the logos on fake coach bags. however, for most of the logos I have seen on fake bags, I see very poorly engraved letters and misaligned as well.

I have attached the coach logo on my bag's hardware. Does this seem ok?
In addition, this is the only logo found on my hardware.

It's correct for that bag. As I'd said previously, that bag is fine.

Hi Ladies! I managed to send an email to Coach USA and they have got back to me :smile1:

I'm happy to report that the kind and prompt staff who attended to my emails is going to send me the replacement hang tags (2 brass ones) for my bags free of charge even though I'm based out of USA!:love::love:

Thank you Two.time.bags and Hyacinth for directing me there and the wonderful Coach Staff by the name of Tammy!
I'm so pleased for you! They really do provide an excellent service. The hallmark of a great company with pride in its product and heritage.

Hi ladies, wondering if this one is authentic and what is the name of it or the style number?

It looks fine. Whenever posting bags that have actual serial numbers rather than style numbers in the creed, we usually need the measurements of the bag in order to identify. This looks like a basic bag #9455 if it is about 11 by 7 inches.

Thanks whateve! Yes that's the measurements 11" x 7" is this a 70s bag? Was wondering if this bag was made in the 70s as well as 80s? Cause I've seen them with "Made in New York" dating it to be a 70s bag but also "Made in The United States" as this one which is dated to be late 80s?

Coach has made this bag for a long time. I'm not sure when they started making it. I have one with a NYC creed with a glued-on serial number, which could be from the late 70's or early 80's. Coach used the NYC creeds until around 1988. Yours could be from anywhere in between 1988 and 1993, although it was probably on the earlier end of that range because of the xxx-xxxx format.
