I'm not sure about that L plant code, other bags from the mid-1990s with an L-Made in US creed haven't been verified. And I really don't like how the top edge of the inside pocket looks, it doesn't look like there's any finishing at all along that top edge. There should be a row of stitching right under the edge, see the pic below. If the one in your pictures has that it's not showing in the photos.

I don't trust that R plant code and I don't like how "puffy" that creed stamping is either. The rings on the bag for the strap almost look silver, and the strap isn't correct, although it may have been replaced - it's too short, only 35 or 36 inches, and has the wrong clips on the ends. The strap wasn't made by Coach.

I seriously see NO SIGNS of use, and of course, that is entirely possible. It is a kind of bone color...almost a very creamy yellow/tan shade even

I believe it to be a DINKY bag and
dimensions are 9" x 5" x 2" and 20" strap drop
inside creed #s say 065-1731

I can't read the creeds of either Rambler's Legacy. They look fine if the creeds are okay. The last one is fine, but not a trail bag. It is a Legacy flap. It is smaller than the others.
