Comments: I've seen this type of flap bag either with an inside slip pocket or an inside zippered pocket - are they the same style of bag in from different years or different sizes or something?

Coach made 3 or 4 similar bags but in different sizes and with different straps. Those different styles would have had different pocket configurations.

This one is a genuine Convertible Clutch, style 9635 and made in the middle 1980s. It has a zipped inside pocket and should have another pocket under the front flap.

1- looks ok

2- worries me, the strap grommets at least on the handles look silver, and that J8D- prefix has shown up in some fakes. I've posted pics of 3 other *8D- creeds so you can also see that the fonts are different from your bag. I can't say it enough, creeds from the mid to late 1990s that start with "J" have 20-40 percent chance of being fake or at least impossible for me to authenticate with any certainty.

The previous owner added extra holes in the shoulder strap but at least they didn't cut it. Let us know about the handle grommet colors when you get the bag.

3- I think it's a genuine Bucket Bag from the Lightweight Collection, late 1980s, style 4075

4- seems ok
