It's a really bad fake. Do you own it, or is it listed for sale somewhere? Please read Post #1 in this thread, we need to know the source and seller. Please use the required format when posting.

The style is fake, the Carriage emblem is fake, the lining is fake and C lining shouldn't be used inside a C-pattern bag. The hardware is fake, the hangtag is fake, the stitching is bad.

The serial number is fake - the year code is about 7 or 8 years too early for that style and the style code doesn't even belong to a purse. There's NOTHING about that bag that's genuine.

Does this seller seem legit?
They sell a lot of the same items and use the same pictures for all.

INDYMIKY has been mentioned here before as a known picture "borrower", using photos from the manufacturer without permission. Each listing seems to have photos of two or three different bags possibly from different sources. Carefully compare pattern and color placement on some of the bags in the listings and you'll see the differences.

Here's a listing where comparing the photos of the front (and back) of the bag show different color patterns:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NWT-COACH-A...663?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item485827efff

Many sellers who sell multiples of the same item will use the same photos for all their listings, but they should NOT be using Coach's photos, and I think they should have a statement in their listings that the color and pattern placement might be different from the photos.

Again, please post the seller ID in your posts.

The seller, indymiky has come up in the past and personally, I don't recommend the seller. In most of her listings, the seller doesn't show any pictures of the actual items and in fact, infringes on Coach's intellectual property by using copyrighted stock pictures stolen from Coach's website.

This seller does have a camera and in some listings uses her own pictures. There's no reason for a seller with this much experience to not do her own work in every listing.

And yet again, I should have read ahead before posting. Hyacinth beat me again!

I've researched it all afternoon and everything else I can find says that this bag is authentic.... The serial number comes up saying it is as well

Where are you doing your research? Please post links to what you've found.

There is absolutely nothing right about that bag and your sources are incorrect.

Where do I find the seller ID?

There isn't anything in the pictures that make me believe the bags are fake, but there is always a chance you could get such a good fake, it would be almost impossible to tell (although it would probably be easier to tell in person, especially if you had an authentic one to compare it to.) Unfortunately, there are some really good fakes in the Philippines.

Thank you for the advice. I also can't tell that it's a fake. I bought it already and it arrives tomorrow. The seller is confident that it's authentic and offered me a full refund if it's not. Here's to hoping I didn't just spend a lot of money for a fake!

Where do I find the seller ID?
The seller ID is at the top right in each listing right under "seller information." Or if you're on the page showing all the seller's listings, it's at the top of the page right under the search box: Items for sale from indymiky
