Thanks! I know what you mean, they had some higher-priced coach bags including a hideous fake for $25 but this one was marked $8 and I got it for $6 with a coupon! The leather is very soft and rich. I had the name wrong, it is a legacy west market tote, not east-west. The pricing is crazy but I don't complain as long as it occasionally works in my favor!

The second one is a genuine Sonoma Small Flap Natural Grain.

Wait for more help on the first one.

Thank you! You guys know so much. So it's safe to say this bag is authentic? I'm contemplating whether I should return it or keep it.

I'm wondering why they didn't show the creed patch. But I don't think the duffle is fake, at least not without seeing a creed. Wait for more opinions before posting it as a fake.

They show a lot of older bags and seem to take their own photos but this is the only Coach. Supposedly they've sold from Japan under the Monoshare name through Yahoo auctions according to their description but I don't know anything about Japanese sellers They DO show the date code on an LV so I wonder why they didn't show the Coach creed? Maybe just lack of experience with Coach?

As Whateve said in her post, there's nothing wrong with that bag. If she had any doubts about whether it was genuine, she would have said so. And it looks ok to me too.

I was looking at that bag yesterday and they have about 4 of them. The others show the creed and style 0502. I was looking for a Broadway or Boston style after looking at a blog on TPF of your favourite 5 Coach's and someone had a Broadway and I loved it. These look really squishy to me like they have no structure but what do I know.

It's not a Boston-style bag or even a purse, it's a piece of luggage. The length is given as 21 inches. I bought a used one for my DH on Ebay a few years ago.

(As I think it says in one of the Fake Serial Numbers Lists, 3-digit style numbers starting with -5** are usually from the Travel & Business Collections.) ;)

Although brand-japan didn't show the creed in the listing Deb asked about, this listing from his/her other ID, japan_monoshare appears to be the same style in black and does show the creed:
