Oh. Do you know how I should be measuring it? If I measure it from the bottom, the length is 9 1/2". The height in the middle is 7" and depth is 3 1/4".

There are regular-size and Small Swingers. When measurements are given I can be more specific. When there's no style number in the serial, and no measurements that we ask for in older bags without style numbers, then it's a "might be".

That's close enough. I was getting the measurements from mine. Those aren't the official measurements. Yours might be the regular size and mine is the small.

Coach has used the Hamptons name over and over for different styles. You can only compare bags that have the same style number.

It's suspender bag 9490. The measurements are 12 by 9 by 2, so it is a narrow bag.

If it's more than 9 inches long at the bottom then it's the standard (larger) size # 4040. Coach lists that length as 12 inches so they're measuring it across the top.
