The more times the hardware is stamped Coach, the more likely it is that the bag is fake. Coach doesn't feel the need to slap their name on every piece of the bag just to prove it's real. And a stamp really can't prove anything.
If you're reading some "guide" that says Coach always stamps the hardware, that's a complete lie. Wherever you heard that, ignore it and anything else from the same source. And read the Salearea Guides for more "rules" that should be ignored:
