It looks okay. There are several other listings for 49254 in current and completed and none have creeds. It's a smaller item (mini satchel) and many of Coach's smaller items don't have creeds.
I'm splitting my response into several so I don't get confused.
Both of these are authentic. The second one is called Chelsea Hippie Medium Flap.
