I ran into that recently. It said something like the seller is too busy to respond or something like that. But I found that if I went through the eBay phone app, I was able to send a question.

Actually I don't have that exact style - LOVE it but the strap is just too short for me to wear crossbody - but I own at least six Sonoma Flaps, both Natural and Nubuc - Red, 1 Green in each texture, Gray, Berry and Grape. They hold up beautifully although the Nubucs will show wear if they're constantly rubbed against anything. But all that usually does to Nubuc is to smooth down the nap a bit and make it a little shiny. An occasional light brushing with a suede brush helps a lot. I've never gotten any of my Nubucs wet so I can't say how they hold up to rain or to water spots.

WAIT - there are TWO textures? Can I be a PITA and ask for examples?

Almost every Sonoma style has a Natural Grain (soft pebbled smooth leather if that doesn't sound like a contradiction) and a Nubuc version. Most are numbered between 4900 and 4959, all the numbers from 4900 to 4929 are Natural Grain and the higher numbers are Nubuc. Style 4949 in Nubuc is the same style as the Pocket Zip 4924 in Natural Grain, like this one (the bag in the listing isn't pinkish at all, more like a sand or camel color).

Sonomas HAVE been faked, so always ask for authentication. Beware of the infamous fake number NT-4903 which will never be a real Sonoma Flap. There's a great guide to Sonomas from a very experienced (former, I think) Ebayer, GigiTrading, here:
