Back again, this time with some vintage bags --

Item #: Green Mini Bucket Bag ?
Measurements : Strap 45.5 inches with four grommets on each side. Bag is 10 inches wide at the top, 6 inches deep, and 7.5 inches. Interior pocket is 6 x 5.5 inches
Comments: This first one I have my doubts on being real, but then sometimes I look at it again and it all seems to check out. My areas of concern are the zipper which seems to be a bit dodgy, but I wonder if maybe wasn't a replacement or just beat to death? I've seen pictures of bags in the same style in different colors with similar cotton/polyester zippers, but that's only what I can see. Also the creed says made in the USA, but the factory code is E. I know that A, B, and C would have checked out on this bag, but the E is a I'm not so sure on. The grommets on the strap look almost silver, the backs have a brass patina and in certain lights you can see what looks like worn off brass on the fronts of the grommets. The zipper pull on the top of the bag doesn't have a horizontal stitch close to the zipper that I'm used to seeing on Coach bags.

Item: Blue Trail Bag?
Measurements: Strap is 47 inches with 4 grommets on each side. Bag measures 8.25 inches wide, 6.5 inches tall, and 4 inches deep. Pocket is set into the bag of the bag and goes the width with a zip. There is also one slip pocket in the back of the bag.
Comments: This was I'm a bit more certain about (considering I've already started washing it), but better safe than sorry. :D

Thanks in advance!
The first one is fake as you suspected. The Maggie duffle wasn't introduced until 1997, the E code isn't valid for the US, the zipper pull isn't stitched across and the zipper isn't quite long enough for the opening. The silver grommets are common on fakes too.

The second one is authentic, but not a trail bag. It is a small Legacy flap.

Item: Possible pre-creed bag.
seller: goodwill 10 dollars

Just wondering about this bag. I found the exact bag in a listing on ebay except my bag only has the lozenge stamp, this bag has the little metal tag.

Mine is navy. at the top of the strap is a sliding piece of leather that makes the 2 separate straps kinda come together at the top... and that's what the picture is of the staples...the top of the strap when you slide that piece of leather from the middle.

Here's the link to the listing that is exactly like mine except the stamp and color of the bag.
*not my listing just using it for reference*

If you have any information about this bag I would be extremely grateful. Thank you for your time.

It looks ok but I don't have a name for it.

#1 looks good.

#2 looks okay though a better creed would be helpful.

I need to make you a smiley holding a sign that says "That is not a trail bag, dammit!" :-)
