Authentic, but I don't know the name, probably a Zoe Mini Signature Hobo, they came in several different sizes.

I'm no expert but I agree. It is a Zoe. I have an old one with the big C's that is blue on blue.

I had one too, I think the Mini-Cs either came a few months after the standard C pattern or may have been made for the outlets.

The regular Zoe is also one of the bags that sometimes didn't use YKK zippers.

Cashin was "sole designer at Coach from 1962 - 1974" according to the Cashin foundation.

Unfortunately, according to the Cashin Foundation, Coach used and adapted many of her designs AFTER she left.

Also unfortunately, we don't know all the various "marks" they were using during any of that time period.

A bag could be designed by Cashin, but not made during her time at Coach.

I have one bag with that "mark" that was deemed to be NOT a Cashin design and NOT made during her time at Coach.

It's all a big mystery!

ETA: I do recall that one of our "sorely missed posters" (Denim) DID have a bag with the same mark authenticated as a Cashin design.

Thank you DemRam, and thanks again to Hyacinth. I am considering selling the bag on ebay (if I can bear to part with it!), and I do not want to give any false or misleading information. Other crescent bags I have seen for sale do include the creed and a serial number, so I realize those are probably from the later 70s, etc. My conclusion is thus: my particular bag is surely a Cashin DESIGN (because of that design's 1964 release), but it cannot be known for sure whether it was actually made during her time at Coach. If I am wrong, please correct me. Otherwise, I thank you both again for your information and promise not to ask anymore questions!

Comments: the serial number was hard to photograph, it is B7D 9019, the ring on the zipper pull is copper colored....? Perhaps the pull was replaced?

Hello everyone!

I'm very new to the forums and have been reading page after page of both the "authenticate this" and "answers to AUTHENTICITY questions". I've both learned a lot and become somewhat paranoid! I guess that's pretty typical though.

In any case, I have this Coach Carryall Tote bag, style #7052 that I am wondering about. Many things look "right" with it (hardware, zippers, font, Cs line up nicely, etc), but I am a bit concerned about the uneven stitching along the very top of the bag. Other pictures of this bag that I have seen online seem to have similar stitching but of course they may not be real so it's not a good indication...!

I hope the photos are clear enough, if someone can give an idea of authenticity I'd be very grateful:

Coach made quite a few bags in both PVC and coated canvas (the same type of material used in many Louis Vuittons, BTW) that were mostly sold at the outlets. This might be one of them but I can't find any other pics of that style to confirm it.

Hi again Hyacinth - I got a reply from the seller and she posted additional pictures of creed plate. It is hard to see the serial number but it looks like 11341? I checked online and there is a model like that but it seems to have a shoulder strap as well not just one strap...Please would you take a look and tell me your thoughts on it being authentic and also if a strap is missing? That's not even a good fake. The stitching is very sloppy and the zipper is sticking out. I believe they've only done that on a few of the wristlets.
