Thank you! I realized my mistake of not putting more information after I posted..sorry. What is PITA? There really wasn't a lot of information in the listing and I had to message them to ask what the condition was. They just said gently used. After I got it I did tell them I was disappointed that I wasn't informed it was missing. They said it wasn't intentionally left out. Is there a way I can get a replacement without spending a lot?

PITA = pain in the a$$

You might be able to call Coach's 1800 number and request a replacement zipper pull. But do not tell them you bought the bag from ebay. Tell them it was a gift or found in your closet or some other white lie.

Please wait for confirmation but I don't believe it's authentic. The text of the creed states that it's made in the US however the plant code in the serial number is only used for Italy.

Did this bag come from ebay or another online venue? If so, please post a link to the listing.

The bag in the listing from seasidedreaming is fine.

DO NOT BUY FROM newbagstore.com.They sell fakes. They've designed their website to mimic Coach but they are not Coach, they're not authorized to sell Coach and not authorized to steal Coach's stock photos.
