They all look authentic. The second one isn't style 9790. Seller didn't give any measurements but it looks like a compartment bag.

Whateve, Thanks for pointing out the wrong style. I get so confused with all these crossbody bags that look so similar to me. I was able to get dimensions from the seller - 9 inches wide, 6 inches tall and 2 inches depth.Hopefully that provides more clues. Thanks.

1- probably genuine but not Bonnie Cashin, Cashin-era or any Cashin connection. This Embassy Briefcase style 5090 wasn't even introduced until 1986 so this one was made in 1986 or 1987, and Cashin left Coach right around 1974.

2- may be ok but the seller's description of it as a City Bag is wrong, and without any measurements I can't even tell you what style it is or what size it is. If you're thinking of bidding you need to get more information

3- genuine Convertible Clutch

Hyacinth, thank you for the details on these bags. Your messages are in many instances a short Coach history lesson and always a great read. I find that many sellers will throw around the name, Bonnie Cashin, for older bags with unique serial #s and I've learned not to give it much weight unless one of the ladies here confirms it. If it was made in 86 or 87, that puts to rest the claim that the bag is 30 years old.

The dimensions on the second bag is 9 inches wide, 6 inches tall and 2 inches deep. Does that help with the style it might be?

Many thanks for your help.

I think Whateve is right, probably a Compartment Bag, the Large version judging from the measurements, style 9850

Hi everyone and as always, thank you for your time! I picked up this change purse/wristlet? today for 2.50 and if it's authentic, my lucky 12 yr old gets it! It's approx. 6L X 4H.

Sorry but it's fake. I hope the store gets it back!

I'll return it...wow, gotta say, I'm surprised...although I thought the hangtag looked differently shaped ...hope my Gucci and Fendi are the real thing....feeling confident about them as well! Thanks, BB!!

Compare the pattern of your wristlet to an authentic Coach minisig wristlet. You can see the difference in the shape of the pattern. Additionally, the strap hardware is wrong, the pattern is slightly off-center and misaligned and the lining is incorrect.

Here's an authentic version of what your item is trying to copy:

ETA: Let's try this. Usually with a side-by-side, the problems are more obvious.

feeling better, just found out the Fendi is the real thing..waiting on the Gucci! :) yay!
I just saw your Fendi. I have this same style only with wide stripes of dark green and and black. I am interested to see what you do to rehab it. I have a coin purse in the thin stripes which needs some serious work. I've been planning on repainting the stripes.

The piping or trim around the top edge has too much extra material under the stitching, and the trim is wrinkled below the stitching too. The close-up photos first and second rows show that the fake has an almost O-shaped ring where it should have a D-ring.

As your photos also show, the stitching is sloppy in several areas, and along with the dot/underscore under the No being wrong the Coach name inside the cartouche at the top of the creed is too large and the letters aren't quite right, the thicker areas are just a bit too thin. You've already checked other listings so you have others to compare it to. The shape of the buckles on the back straps doesn't look right either. Here's one from a few months later that's genuine:

Definitely fake.

Thank you, Hyacinth! Off to contact the seller...

Hello there, everyone. This is my first post and I hope I'm doing it right. I am interested in buying/bidding on some vintage coach bags but before I write down all the info, I'm trying to see if this is correct way. Be kind if I'm not. Thanks:wondering:wondering

Could I get a second opinion on these bags? All pictures are zoomable by clicking on them. Thank you!

2. Green small bag
Comments: I don't know the name or style number on this, any help would be appreciated. Because the bag was narrow, it was hard to get the camera in to photograph the creed patch, let me know if you would like additional pictures.
