Before you buy a bag from ebay.ph, please do a search (either google or TPF search) of Filippino/Philippines bags.
Personally, I'm reluctant to authenticate or recommend any listings on the ebay Philippines website because the fakes we've seen are AAA fakes and often difficult to authenticate.
While I know you'd probably prefer to buy from your own country, as a buyer, I'd feel more comfortable spending (perhaps) a bit more and buying from a seller in the US who has proven themselves to sell genuine designer items.

Note that another red flag in listings from the Philippines is the way the brand names are listed. Often, sellers will try to stay under the radar by using various tactics when titling their listings.
In the listing you asked about, the brand in the title is "Coaches" rather than "
Coach" as it should be. Is the seller hiding something?
Other sellers might spell Coach as "C0ACH" using a "zero" instead of O in Coach, seemingly another attempt to stay under the radar.
