The bag is authentic and if anyone here is a
Coach seller, they need to add cdbenterprise to their BBL.
There's nothing questionable about the bag. It's a Carly pouch. If the buyer isn't familiar enough with Coach to know whether a bag is authentic, that buyer should ask questions here or on the ebay purse board before she damages a seller's feedback and reputation.
Coach sellers: BLOCK
cdbenterprise
I'm assuming what she thought was "questionable" is that the creed lacks a serial number. Many of Coach's smaller items, among them swingpacks, pouches, cosmetic cases, wristlets and other items may or may not have creeds. Those with creeds may or may not have serial numbers.
ETA: Sorry! I was so emotional about your friend getting an undeserved neg feedback that I didn't answer the question about relisting.
Since the bag wasn't removed as fake, it can be relisted without issue but if the seller wants to further reassure buyers who might check the feedback, you can certainly refer them (in the listing) to have the bag authenticated here.
Another inexpensive option and money well-spent would be to pay a professional authenticator $7 to authenticate it. (I know authenticate4U does Coach. Caroldiva is familar with older, classic styles but not as good with newer ones.) If it's professionally authenticated, she would give the authentication service the link to the listing and would put a note in the listing that bag was authenticated by xxxxxxx. If the potential bidders ask, the service will verify authenticity.
