In response to your edit... I had read some of the feedback, but couldn't parse what was going on! That makes sense. Perhaps she decides whether to purchase/ship depending on whether she can procure the item not at a loss.

Edit: just read the Toolhaus feedback. Wow! Maybe I'm a total ebay newbie, and I have heard that being a seller on Ebay can be really difficult... but that seller sounds pretty hard to deal with. In every dispute she says the buyer is wrong and has been blocked. I think I'm going to steer clear, as much as I like the bag.

If you could, please include the name as well, or any other information you know ^^.

Thanks in advance! I am always amazed how incredibly well informed about Coach bags you all are. Such experts!

Thanks for the reply!!

So from what you're saying, it sounds like I'd have to wait to actually get the item in-hand in order to determine authenticity? How hard is it to determine authenticity on these new Legacy bags? Are these designs spoofed a lot?
Having it authenticated after receipt would be the way to go with this seller.

Personally, I wouldn't do business with itsinaclutch. If I bought/won an item from them, I would hope they have it in hand and will ship within their "expedited shipping" timeframe -- and it doesn't look like they're consistent in that respect. It seems that too many buyers are disappointed by either non-performance or slow performance.

It is authentic. I don't know the exact name. Beenburned probably does. It was probably called the Soho small suede hobo or something like that.

Genuine. It's called a Soho Dusted Suede Small Hobo, from 2004

So, I have narrowed down my vintage bag search to a black Willis. I have my eye on this one on ebay and one on Etsy that I have already posted on the forum and gotten the all clear.

Does this look like a real Coach:

Thank you

Sorry, I refuse to authenticate anything from that seller classic57coupe

Run a Search for the name at the main Coach forum here, and then check their Feedback at Toolhaus.org. I refuse to recommend them in ANY way including authentication. I've also reported them several times for selling fakes.

Please be sure to use the format requested in post #1 of this thread. If a seller may deserve to be avoided we want posts about their items to be searchable by the seller name. And I can't emphasize too much how important it is to check the seller's full Feedback record at http://Toolhaus.org
