I don't know if the lanyard is authentic but the keychain doesn't look like anything I have ever seen from Coach. If it was Coach, the Coach lozenge would be embossed on the reverse of the flat pieces.

It seems to be genuine but I don't own a real one to compare it to. "Monterey Hobo" is the correct name.

I now have the bag and would like to confirm its authenticity through the pictures I have taken. The bag came new with tags with wrapping paper around it and a coach store bag folded on top of it.
