Did the bags mfg in Turkey ever have different serial #'s? This appears to be missing a plant code.

OOPS! I have now re-read your guide(s) & realize that foreign plant codes were single digit #'s until 2006 ....puts my mind at ease as I have a Monterey from Turkey I need authenticated.

It's not missing a plant code, the plant code is just a number instead of a letter. I'm pretty sure my Guides mention that either letters OR numbers could be used for plant codes even before 2006. The bag looks ok.

Hi, I'm hoping this is the right place to ask this. I did a search but couldn't find an answer. What does a "w" at the end of the reference number mean? (For example: A***-*****W) Is that letter used in an authentic item? Thank you!

Please authenticate this bag for me. If you know a name or collection, I would appreciate that information, as well Thank you very much.

The top one's a Chester Bag, style 9901.

There's no way to authenticate the second one without more photos.

Sorry about that, the seller removed listing but the bag showed up so took new pictures. The lining seems rougher and flat compared to my other similar legacy/vintage bags. Leather also feels a little off, not as smooth. Appreciate any help in authenticating. Thank you

The Mercer looks ok. I can't help with the wristlet.
