Thank you so much for letting me know, DemRam. I'm not really an ebay person, this is just my 2nd coach purchase, so I'm kinda lost on what to do. I have sent a message to the seller and am waiting to hear back now.. :crybaby: I'm so disappointed cos the seller has 100% positive feedback from 1003 ebayers..

The one in your picture is style 9966 BUT if that say HT-9966 then it's a fake Legacy Zip.

I would contact the seller immediately and inform them that what you received is NOT what you paid for. Tell them you want all your money back including shipping both ways.

Edited to Add: If the seller doesn't comply, let them know you will open a dispute!

The brown one is authentic, the black one is fake. Please wait for more opinions though! :smile1:

Let us know what the seller has to say. If they won't cooperate, we can help you with the dispute process. Or you can Private Message me and I'd be glad to help. Save all your pictures in case ebay/Paypal needs proof of what you received.

I can't imagine that the seller won't cooperate, because they are totally wrong in this.

I just received the bag and my stomach sunk as soon as I opened the box. There is no creed number on the label. I feel like such an idiot. The seller has 78 feedback, and no negatives or comments of fakes.

Tell her you want a full refund (including shipping) cause selling counterfeit bags is illegal. Make sure you get the correct address to send it back to and put tracking on it. If the seller won't work with you open a dispute. Don't worry, this should be an easy win for you. If you need any more help feel free to PM me or just ask here.:smile1:

Yup, I'm keeping my eyes peeled for a reply from him/her and I did save all the pictures from the original listing. It is so kind of you to offer to help out... Thank you so, so much :smile1:.... and, I will keep you posted....

It looks like the word ":detail" is also missing the "i".

That's an example of why we keep telling people not only to ask here before they buy, but to never ever bid on or buy a handbag without carefully checking the creed stamp.

It also has the always-fake shiny logo/C lining when there are already Cs on the outside, and the C pattern isn't centered correctly. The strap and decorative stitching and studs are wrong too.
