HOLY COW!!!
First Hyacinth, THANK YOU! You are AMAZING as always!
Believe it or not, I have saved you as a favorite seller like forever ago on eBay! HAHAHA Thank you for the references! it is much appreciated!
Clueless, I don't know whether you're aware of it, but Listia members' ability to hide comments and block members from asking questions also makes it so that those who recognize the fakes and comment can't do so when the item is relisted or when the seller has another fake.If something is reported as fake and determined to be so (based on experts like you guys/gals here), the auction will be removed. As it always has been in the past. The rules are and have been enforced – perhaps our wording wasn’t clear enough to that effect.
Basically all we need is for the auction to get flagged and which brings it up to the mod teams attention AND ( most importantly) to see a comment on the auction stating that the item is not authentic or fake and the reasons why and the item will be removed. But without comments on a auction from a reliable source our hands are tied.
We on Listia don’t allow Fakes on the site. Please we want to be able to direct users ( both potential bidders and sellers) to this site to further educate and be able to make a informed decision about a potential designer item.
I pray for the sake of the community that you all will change your minds about helping this site. keeping my fingers crossed.
Thank you.By the way the scribble tote Hyacinth mentioned, was removed by listia. thank you!
Fake Scribble bag, fake style, trim color, wrong color hardware. BAD ripoff of a Scribble Stitch style:

There are some people who do check the site for fakes but aren't able to do as you've requested because of being blocked. Again, as I stated above, comments are hidden (presumably so the seller is hoping to scam someone who didn't see the comment before being hidden) and the questioner blocked. As long as Listia continues to show that they're serious about keeping fakes off the site, I'll look at them here if someone requests an authentication. But I can't personally check Listia for fakes, I just don't have the time.
Listia members and Mods are welcome to post here at tPF asking about any items that their members have questioned. I hope the fakes will continue to be removed.

In fact, a blocked member can't even find a "problem seller's" listings unless that blocked member logs out to do their searches. And being logged out, we aren't able to flag or comment.
If Listia is serious about disallowing fakes on its site, it needs to stop the ability of sellers to block members just because they don't like being "caught." IMO, a constructive and respectful comment of "I'm sorry but your item is counterfeit," should not be block-worthy.
In fact, I'm aware of some members who have lists of sellers who have listed and relisted fakes 4 or 5 separate times and those members are unable to report or flag those listings.
Thank you.

Unless that change is implemented, I'd have a hard time honoring your request.
