It's really hard without knowing what style it's supposed to be - wallets are notoriously hard to authenticate. There don't seem to be any obvious red flags but one or two things are making me wonder a bit. More opinions by anyone who recognises the style would help.

No, it's fake. Coach never made anything with those patches in a wallet, and the credit card slots are completely wrong.
