The seller isn't showing any photos of the bag itself, just the creed and hangtags. The picture she's showing of the outside of the bag is stolen from Coach';s website and is not the bag you're going to receive.

If she has a camera she has to take photos of the actual bag.

I'm also not comfortable with that photo of the creed. There are other bags in that style from the same plant on Ebay and the proportions of the creed stamp are different. The one you're asking about has different spacing above the top of the Carriage part of the stamp - including this one with exactly the same production codes. I'm not comfortable with the bag you're asking about.
