Hi, purchased this at a resale....is it a Coach and what is it?
It looks like it might be, or is trying to be, an old case for a PDA. The "Coach Leatherware" stamp on the outside is odd though, at least I've never seen it before but I've never looked at that kind of accessory.
More opinions are needed.
