Hi, Could anyone help me authenticate this COACH TARTAN PENNY FLAP PURSE PATENT LEATHER PURSE HANDBAG F15477. I realized that the "C" logo is not line-up. This is the first time I buy a Coach Handbag online. I did compared it to other Coach Handbag of the same model and all of them are not line up too. Quite worry about this. Thanks!

It's real. The C's on the plaid Tartan styles usually don't line up.

Please authenticate.

Comments: Thinking about this one for a possible rehab, but it's not worth my time if it's not authentic! Thanks so much for your time and help!

I'm fairly certain that's an early, authentic Coach and may be a Bonnie Cashin era bag.

I have a "Suspender Bag" that was made later than that one and mine has quite a few changes compared to that one - including a flap with a turn lock that covers the entire front - AND an all leather strap.

My only concern is the odd looking leather texture on the right side of the flap. I would ask if it's just the photo or if the leather is "crinkled" as it appears.

The first one's impossible to authenticate without a clear close-up of the creed stamp and serial number. I can't even tell what style it's supposed to be.

The second one looks ok although it's not actually "vintage" since it was made in 2001.

Hi!
Could you identify this bag? I've never seen this style before.
Thanks much!

Before thinking about buying anything from that seller, please read their record of Ebay Negative and Neutral Feedbacks collected and posted at Toolhaus.org:

The seller has a long history of not describing items accurately or disclosing problems. It's also possible that the bottom edges of the bag may have been re-dyed or touched up with some kind of polish. I personally wouldn't buy from them but that's JMO.

The bag looks like a genuine Ashland Bag style 9914 from around 1992.

Could you please authenticate this Coach Leatherware bag?
It has been in my collection since 2006, but I don't recall any other info.
Approx. 11"w x 8"h x 3"d Strap drop 22"
Yes, that's a pocket on the back...and there's a zippered pocket inside, too.
Do you know a name, style number and age?
Any info is much appreciated...Thanks in advance!

It's a Roll Bag, style 9887 from around 1992. The type of closure was called a Springlock, original retail was $210.
