It's definitely a copy of the late 90s (1997?) Saddle Bag but with a fake 1994 creed. In addition to the other problems we both spotted, the position of the creed itself is wrong, it's too low on the pocket. Both Saddle Bag style 9988 and the Lunch Box Zip style 9991 were introduced at least a year after the supposed date on the bag you bought. And although the M plant code seems to have moved around quite a bit, during late 1994 when yours is date-coded it was pretty much Costa Rica only except for a few oddball US Olympic Games items.
Thank you so much! Like I said, this seller is pretty nice, she has great prices, and she combined shipping for me on the bags I ordered. I think I am just going to add the price I paid for this bag into what I paid for the Basic Bag that I got that is legit, and it ends up with me paying $32 for the Basic Bag, still a really good price. I feel like it was my risk ordering something iffy like that, and in the future I can avoid the same mistake. Lesson learned! I don't want to make a big deal over a $10 bag, especially when the seller did not put anything on the listing to indicate that the bag was a Coach bag. I will simply add this one to my destroy pile with the other fake I got two weeks ago. That seller did refund me, but she had put that it was a Coach bag on the listing, and I sent her here so she could learn what to look for in the future. I feel like when I buy the cheapest bags I can find, I win some and I lose some, and in this case, I lost.
