Comments: I know Coach made gray bags back then but I have never seen a light gray like this. Besides making sure it is authentic, I want to make sure it wasn't dyed.

Grey was a valid color that year. I don't see any problems. And the actual bag color might be darker than the photo.

It looks ok - Soft Signature Small Zip Tote from 2002.
I think they're both ok. Signature Market Tote is the first and I don't know the name of the second.
