Hello! Could someone please help me? I really want to buy a Coach Stewardess bag but cannot afford the full price so I am shopping vintage. This bag has smaller dimensions than what I've seen so far and does not have brass feet on the bottom. Did Coach make different versions of the Stewardess bag or is this bag named incorrectly? Also, I would be so grateful if someone could help me with this bag's authenticity.

The measurements are:
Length 8 1/2""
Height 7"
Width 4"
Strap when used as a cross body bag 13" at the shortest and 15 1/2" at the longest

I have requested from the seller a better picture of the creed but have not yet received it. I can post that picture if it is needed. Thank you for your help!

Hello! This is the other bag I'm looking at to purchase. It's more pricey than the first but the dimensions are right on and there are brass feet on this one. It looks like a Stewardess bag but is it? I would greatly appreciate your help with authenticating this bag. They are asking for more and I'm willing to pay the price only if it is the real thing. Thank you!

I'd need to see a photo of the entire bag with the front flap up. It looks like there's a full-length slip pocket under the flap, but not the smaller "gate pass" pocket the Stewardess Bag should have. And no, the dimensions never changed drastically on the original style although I think the "new classic" version may be an inch bigger. I don't remember the Stewardess having an outside back pocket either but I'll look a bit further.

The measurements on this one are more like style 9530, the Small Shoulder Bag from the early 1980s. Picture below. I don't know if that style had brass "feet" though - they're not mentioned so I think this is probably the bag in the listing.

1- seems ok but I really would like to know the full serial number, the creed photo is too blurry to read the first 3 digits.

2- again, I need to see a photo of the creed stamp and serial number. The rest of the bag seems ok but a creed photo is critical to an authentication.

3- looks like a genuine Chrystie Bag from the 1990s, I can't read the year code. It's quite a bit smaller than the other 2 bags you've asked about.

1- sorry, I can't help, I only have one photo from Coach and there are several differences between the one in the listing and the one in Coach's files. Wait for more opinions.

2- seems ok
