Comments: another unusual color. I found another of the same style but different year, and the creed looks different in terms of the spacing between the letters and the line under the "o" in No.
Thank you!

There's a good chance it isn't genuine, but not enough proof to report it as fake. Other than the color, whick AFAIK was never used by Coach in the 1990s, the serial date is a year before the Ergos were even introduced, and J6D- is a prefix often found on fakes. While there's a distant chance it might be a preproduction bag, I would strongly advise against bidding or buying.

Just a correction on the dates - the Ergos were introduced in Spring 1997, but I still can't find any shade of Pink in early production Ergos. BTW, the brown and white Coach booklet in the photo is from more recent bags.

Would it be possible to authenticate the bag I rec'd

It seems to be ok, but I personally wouldn't buy from a seller who can't take their own photos and only shows one stolen pic of the bag - I hope you got more photos from the seller before you bid.

"Borrowing" photos from Coach or other sellers is a violation of US copyright laws. The seller obviously has a camera, there's no excuse for not taking pics of the actual bag for sale. JMO.

Please help me to authenticate.
Thank you very much! :)

Comments: to me the font looks fine but does the creed stamp itself look odd? The serial number font is so clear and though the font on the creed looks fine, its so "worn" compared to the serial number. This strap also has silver grommets. I'm pretty certain I've had some other "M"s in serial numbers authenticated that were also made in the United States, so not sure if that is a concern. Also, is the shape of the inside pocket okay?

Thanks! I thought the color was a bit unusual.
