FWIW I just added another shot of the duffle creed (pocket pulled out) to http://photobucket.com/quest1 -
That photo - as far as I can see - shows absolutely nothing for the number, in-real-life the numbers and "No" can be seen when you check it from an angle.
I may try shooting in natural daylight tomorrow, that is - if it's not 30 below outside

I actually did shoot those creeds on Macro, but a struggle to get the numbers to show up at all in photos - maybe because I had the flash on.BTW, even if you can't read it well, a close-up of the creed stamp using the Macro setting is still a big help in any bag to be ID'd or authenticated.
You can often pull the lining or the inside pocket out of the bag to get a close-up.
