I agree with BeenBurned. That seller is well-known for selling bags with undisclosed problems or that are simply SNAD. I bought one from them a long time ago that I wasn't happy with and ended up donating it because it wouldn't come clean and the seller was no help at all.

It almost looks as if the strap bases might have been replaced, but the seller should be able to recognize the problem whatever it is. Personally I wouldn't recommend STATION 85 / STATION_85 under any circumstances.

Good morning. Could you take a look at this auction for me:

http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=250944598290&index=0&nav=SEARCH&nid=96261345876

It looks authentic to me, but the starting price seems too good to be true. TIA!

Hello Coach Gurus!
I wonder if you could authenticate this? I'm really liking it, but am unable to find anything similar online.
Thanks

Hi Ladies.

You might want to submit your requests in accordance with post #1 here. Using that format helps the authenticators and helps others searching for specific "sellers", especially if they're bad and/or selling fakes. Good luck!

My only real concern about this bag is the creed. The spacing is a little off on the first section and it feels VERY stiff compared to the creed inside my other bags, almost vinyl or plastic-y. If you guys say it looks authentic that's good enough for me! I like the interior fabric, almost like a grosgrain ribbon texture. She told me it had never been used but I see a few smudges. Certainly not the kind of use that would soften the creed patch inside but definately not new.

Thanks for looking :smile1:

Item Name: MADISON LEATHER HAILEY
I read that the Hailey serial number changed a few years ago from 14304 to the recent version 18633 so it didn't bother me when I saw a few minor differences beween this one and the online Coach site ones. This creed says "...finest full grain cowhide leather." but other Haileys with the same model number on EBay say "...from the finest materials and leather." Then I saw the creed inside the bag and I almost fainted. I have never seen this before, someone please tell me this is not a fake! It's shiny like the creed inside my Poppy Lurex Tote too! If it's real, why does this creed have the horse and buggy and 'est 1941' on it? The bag is gorgeous, thick leather with a great texture on it and a satin purple lining. The hardware is heavy and good quality. Everything looked great until I saw the creed patch. Help!
Thanks again, for looking :smile1:

I'm not familiar with the actual bag so I'm basing my opinion on what I know about Coach and also, in comparing to others of the same style.

Note that your bag is indicating being made in 2010.

I'd like to hear other opinions, but these are my observations:
1. I find it interesting that "craftsmanship" is split between 2 lines, but without a hyphen.

2. There are run-on words in: "itssuperiorcraftsman"

3. I don't see a problem with the horse and carriage logo on the creed

I did find the following listings for the same style, but this one made in 2009 and it has the same lack of hyphenation and the same run-on words:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NWOT-COACH-...401?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item2569f363b1

And this is identical to the bag you have, including the month, year, plant code and color:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/COACH-Haile...916?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item415f8a182c

Both comps and your bag all have the same factory code, 82.

And then there's this listing, also from the same #82 factory but made in 2011. It has different wording on the creed, different spacing (i.e., lack of run-on words) and "craftsmanship" is on one line:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2011-NEW-CO...399?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item19cb78592f

It's possible that Coach realized its mistake and in 2011 changed the settings for stamping the creed as well as changing the text.

I hope someone else might have some insight.

Item: AUTH-COACH NEW CRIMSON PATENT LEATHER MEDIUM TURNLOCK WALLET (GIFT RECEIPT)
Listing number:190610088096
Seller: efashionsteals
Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AUTH-COACH-...096?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item2c613f20a0

Please help authenticate this Coach Wallet, thanks!
I don't recommend efashionsteals because the seller doesn't use her own pictures.

Some pictures are taken from Japanese websites, others are hosted by inkfrog and this listing's pictures seem to come from another different site which seems to be a former Bonanzle/Bonanza seller's hosting site.

This listing has pics stolen from Rakuten, a Japanese selling site:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/AUTH-COACH-...468?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item2eb9cc1d7c

When purchasing items that are as highly faked and well-faked as wallets, sellers need to use their own pictures to show the actual item.
