Also none of the bags on that website are a coach design. Coach never made bags like that.

It depends on what the serial number is. Unfortunately it's almost unreadable but the style number could be -9718 which is a Legacy Crescent Bag, which matches the details of the bag in the photo. I'd definitely ask the seller to clarify the serial number before bidding.

Without seeing more pictures, we can't authenticate the bag.

That's not a creed you're seeing on the front. It's a patch that Coach puts on some styles. That bag is a pouch and may or may not have a creed inside.
