Both are fine although, ideally, #2 should have a legible picture of the creed.

If those are your own pictures of the bag you bought, it's authentic.

Thanks BeenBurned, the pink one arrived not 10 minutes after my posting... it's the most gorgeous thing I own. Talk about craftsmanship, the details are perfect. I hope the Signature is as good!

I guess my confusion about the Hamptons bag I bought really comes down to the lining. I thought/read somewhere that in general if the exterior is plain then the lining is patterned and vice versa. Obviously there are exceptions to every rule (my pink bag being one). My authentic Hampton bag has a patterned lining therefor I assumed almost identical ones would also. I'm trying as hard as I can to understand authenticity, I'm just facinated by all this!

I hope I did the quotes thing right :smile1:

Please help me authenticate this recent purchase. Normally I would never do things backwards but the auction was ending in like 3 minutes and I didn't have time. It was impulsive. lol I paid 40.00. I will file a claim if it's not authentic.

It looks to be an authentic "Maggie Duffle" made in 1998.

I don't see any problems.
