Comments: I recently purchased this bag and now having doubts. I do not know if the actual listing provides good enough photos and info. I may need to take photos of the bag again, but am not able to at the moment. The reason I have doubts is I called Coach to ask about replacement straps(as I thought this one originally had one), and the rep tells me the serial # has too many digits or something to that effect. She said it wasn't showing up in system???! Inside tag reads No. H0894-12918, and it has a Coach factory tag.

I don't see anything wrong with the bag, and there's nothing wrong with the number of digits in the serial number either. Try another CS rep.

Oh, good grief! Please do not depend on Coach employees or customer service reps to give accurate answers to questions.

The bag looks fine.
