Both appear to be okay.
Regarding the first one, the seller isn't telling the truth about the price she paid. She didn't pay the marked price but it was discounted at the outlet and on top of the discount, there was another 30% or 20% off, depending on the coupon discount when she purchased it. That's how she can afford to sell for the price she has.

It's genuine, that one was made in January 2008 and probably discontinued by the end of the same year.
No, it's fake. The C pattern is off-center on all the panels, and the Coach stamp on the front is wrong, and the leather trim around the edges is really uneven.
