Please help me to Authenticate ~ thankyou so much!

1.Item: not sure of name

1- Straw Boxy Tote #4419 for the Small and 4433 for the Large. The Large is listed as 13x11x4

2- 4926 is a Pocket Drawstring

3- That M plant code sure gets around. It was originally used for Costa Rica but may have been retired and then re-used for US-made items. I'm still collectiong evidence. The bag itself is a Daypack and looks ok

4- genuine

5- Stewardess Bag, late 70s thru late 80s. Style # 9525

FAKE. The strap ends are wrong, the C pattern isn't centered correctly, the creed patch is really badly made, cut, sewn AND stamped, and a bag with all Cs or logos on the outside should never have C or logo lining. There are more red flags including the hardware but those are the most obvious.

If you already bid, withdraw your bid ASAP, and please report the fake to Ebay.uk.

Hi, many thanks, I had not placed a bid, I did think it didn't look quite right but would really like a Coach messenger bag. I have reported it to Ebay but do they do anything about it?

The other bag with the pink lining doesn't have any photos besides the creed? How does the seller describe it? We can't authenticate a bag just with a creed photo, especially since the serial number isn't even readable.


I'd stay away from this one without more photos.

It depends, Ebay UK is probably worse than Ebay US but neither of them remove even half of the listings reported to them.
