I can't read the creed and with no readable creed photos it's impossible to be SURE, but it appears to be the Sonoma "Pocket Zip".
Unfortunately, if it's authentic, there is considerable wear on the corners.

My advice...stay away from that forum.
If you do your research on ebay sellers and ESPECIALLY ASK QUESTIONS of the seller...then check out Toolhaus for the history of the seller...you will be fine.
It takes work to do that research, but there are some great deals to be found.
It looks OK to me. The Madison "Regis" from 1995.
I would definitely ask what the description..."minor signs of wear"...actually means.

The wallets appear to be okay but I'm not familiar with the seller.

This is my purse. I bought it at an outlet years ago. Someone is questioning the authencity because they are convinced real Coaches do not have the signature C lining. Please authenticate for me to give me a peace of mind. Also, if someone knows the name of this purse that would be wonderful!

(SIGH) That's what happens when people believe all the nonsense they read in badly written and completely UN-researched online "authenticity guides". The writers of those piles of electronic trash should be hit with a class-action lawsuit for "pain and suffering" by all the thousands of people they've lied to and misled over the years.

The ONLY Coach bags that shouldn't have a C pattern or Coach Logo lining are the ones where most or all of the OUTER fabric consists of Signature, Op Art, Logo, or any other kind of C or trademark logo fabric. Tell your friend to stop believing everything she reads on the internet.
