It looks very clean....maybe too clean.... and it has silver hardware....is it genuine? Thanks so much in advance for your help.

Coach used silver-colored hardware on a lot of their bags beginning in the late 1990s. And it looks as if it's been heavily conditioned or maybe re-dyed. The shininess isn't normal. I wouldn't call it clean since there seems to be some kind of stain or residue on the inside. Personally I avoid overconditioned bags and prefer to do my own conditioning but that's an individual decision.

I am looking forward to trying my hand at conditioning myself. Thanks so much for your generosity, Hyacinth.

I am looking for information on a Coach that my husband bought for me. (Used)
I found a similar one on eBay, titled "Coach Hamptons Black Leather Lunch Tote Bag Purse 4462 Handbag" -- mine is tan....the creed # is L33-4462

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Hampt...551?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item3a6acde4ef
(Item number: 250899981551)

Does anyone know anything about these bags?

Just that the name sounds correct and they were made in 2003.
Are you concerned because your bag has the same serial number as the listing you're comparing? If so, no to worry.

Serial numbers for the more recent (post-1994) aren't unique. The same style bags that were made at the same time and in the same plant will have the same number.

Hi! I'm back with 2 more, please! I can't say enough how much I appreciate you experts looking at these listings for us!
