I would not buy anything from this seller. The seller doesn't use any actual pictures of the items, only stock photos stolen from the Coach website. The one picture the seller sent you is not enough to determine authenticity, but I am very uneasy about it. I would not bid.
So you don't think their feedback says anything for them? Granted the other auctions were stock photos as well, but they indeed turned out to be the real thing. I'm not sure yet.. I'm still waiting on a few more photos before I make a final decision. I'm definitely buying this particular Brooke and it would be nice to get it for much less than retail

Her initial BIN was $355 I believe. Also, she has stated if I have any issue whatsoever with the bag, I can return it - no questions asked. Hmmm.. decisions, decisions!
Thank you for your response!! I figured I'd see what you ladies had to say
A seller who uses copyrighted pictures and/or descriptions is not only unethical but they are infringing on the rights of (in this case) Coach, who owns those pictures. (EDITED TO ADD THIS: Not only is this seller stealing the pictures from whatever website she found them - probably a department store - but she's also plagiarizing their description!)
But further, as a buyer, you have no idea what the seller is going to send. You aren't seeing actual pictures of the item(s) so although the pictures show an authentic bag (stock photo), there's no way of knowing if they sell authentic.
And if they are able to respond and send pictures that you've requested, then clearly, they have a camera and are capable of taking pictures. If that's the case, they should have been doing that all along.
And you refer to their feedback. Feedback is a helpful tool but it doesn't always tell an accurate story.
I've seen countless sellers who have never sold an authentic item in their lives who've had 100% feedback. And I've seen honest sellers who have received negs from buyers who don't know the difference between authentic and fake.
There are also sellers of fakes who give easy "no questions asked" refunds to buyers who request them when it's discovered that they've sold a fake. The seller claims innocence and ignorance that they sold a fake and those buyers, so happy to get their money back reward the seller with a positive feedback and "honest seller" comment.
This is not to say that the seller has fakes. I don't know what she has. I only know that she's using someone else's pictures and taking advantage of someone else's hard work and I wouldn't do business with that type of seller.
Another point to make is that although she has 338 feedbacks, only 25 of them are as a seller. So she doesn't have a long selling history.
