This is an older bag from a time when every bag had its own serial number, so it wouldn't necessarily be on the Fakes list. And the list is just a sampling of the most commonly-used fake numbers, NOT a complete list.

I don't see any measurements so it's hard to say what style the bag is supposed to be. One thing though - that's not the original strap. It looks like a City Bag which came with an adjustable strap and the strap ends were permanently attached to the bag. That's why the attachment hardware is square, it was never meant to be used with dog-leash clips. It seems to be genuine but the strap has been replaced or shortened.

The bag in the pictures is one of the most highly faked and most difficult to authenticate styles and based on the seller's other listings, I am uncomfortable with it.

She has many clothing items that appear to have had other companies' or websites' watermarks and this seller obliterated them with her own.

And many of the items are described as particular brand name but with the brand name "changed" in such a way (or completely omitted) to stay under ebay's radar.

It's authentic. The leather is a thick, substantial leather, but can easily show marks and scratches and the lighter colored bags will tend to darken and develop a patina with use.
