Thank you so very much. I was hoping you would be up tonight.
So did they tell you why they thought it wasn't genuine?

More pictures have been added. And title changed It was a (mimi wristlet) keychain, That is what I was told me. To stop confusion I have renamed it also. Please check it out and see that nothing has been added. Thank you.I was thinking the same thing.
Seller describes it as a wristlet but I don't see a wrist strap. And based on the scale of what appears to be an (?) attached keyring, the size of the pouch looks more like a mini skinny than a wristlet.
Can you ask the seller for more pictures? I'd like to see the inside lining as well as how the keyring and the heart are attached.
Coach did make a couple white leather wristlets, one with a red heart applique and another with red and pink hearts, but didn't look like this item.
Again, I'd love to see additional pix.
Please post a link to your original question or the listing. I'm not finding any recent posts so I have no idea what we're talking about.More pictures have been added. My cool thrift store find while on vacation.....But, is it real ?
More photos. Grommets, rings and zipper pull are stamped coach. The Creed is difficult to see but in strong light reads "This is a Coach Bag. It was handcrafted in China from the finest materials trimmed with genuine leather. Its superior craftsmanship and attention to detail reflect our commitment to eduring quality." However, the Number is really short, only 3940.
Sorry but that bag is fake. And finally, the lining and inside pocket.....What's the verdict ? Any clue as to the name of the style and pattern ?
Since no one else has responded yet, I thought I would let you know what I think. I am not an expert, so you should wait for their opinion. However, I have seen both of these items in person, and they look exactly like they appear in the pictures. None of the other listings of the seller raise any red flags. You can see how the tattersall pattern is perfectly centered. The lining is the correct color.Ok, I need some help. Not too familiar with tattersall.
This says it's for sale by a tpf member, so seller, if you see this, I'm just double checking!

Thanks for the response! I wasn't sure what the trick to ID-ing tattersall was; thanks for pointing out that the pattern should be centered. Makes sense.
Let me point out that high-quality fakes can have the pattern centered too, and something like that should only be used as ONE factor in making a decision. And MOST fakes have lining that's the correct color.
Factors like this that are childs play to fake do NOT prove that something's genuine. It's usually the SMALL details in creeds and hardware that are red flags, not pattern alignment and color. The fakes makers know all about lining up patterns, the only thing that stops the low and mid range fakes makers from doing it is the expense. The AAA and 7-star fakes makers WILL spend the money to align the fabrics.
And again, plenty of sellers with good records have sold fakes - take the time to look at the "Funny Fakes" thread and look at the records of the sellers. A LOT of them have 100 percent Feedback.
