That particular item looks ok and has recently been at the outlets. But a check of seller http://myworld.ebay.com/glc622/?_trksid=p4340.l2559glc622 Completed listings and Feedback show that he or she has sold fakes in the past, both purses and keychains, so please use extreme caution when buying from them. This really bad fake is in their recently Completed listings:

This is one of the reasons we ask posters to use the request format posted in the very first page of this thread - so we can watch for questionable sellers who may have a history of selling counterfeit items or who can't distinguish between real and fake.

christydawn26 - who in their right mind would bid on something with photos like that? The inside zipper pull is wrong but that's the only part of the bag you can even see. Anyone stupid enough to bid from just those pictures deserves to get ripped off.

divagirl85 - need pics of the wrist strap and clip

klassics4u - fake style & dustbag. And I bet the "golden fabric inside purse" has little Cs all over it.

fitgalzz - probably fake, need creed photos

christydawn26 - while I agree that there certainly aren't enough pictures to even know what the bag looks like, I can see enough of the uncentered and misaligned pattern to know that Coach didn't make it.

divagirl85 - definitely fake

I agree with the rest of her comments.

Sellers who mix authentic and fake items are especially deceitful since they tend to build buyer confidence with genuine items and buyers assume that everything is authentic.

But regarding the listing in question, what makes you think the item is fake? I'm glad you came here to ask about it.

I didn't even notice that in your question, Dindy. Please be careful about reporting anything as fake just because you haven't seen it before. There are hundreds if not thousands of styles that even Coach experts haven't seen but it's important to be absolutely sure that something's fake before you report it.

If someone doesn't visit the Outlets on a regular basis there are are a LOT of styles you'll never see. Never assume something's fake because it's unusual or unfamiliar. I'm glad you asked before you reported.

Like I wrote in the latest updated Fakes List:
"Also remember, just because a Coach item seems to have the right style number, or looks just like the picture from Coach's website, or the C's line up correctly, OR IT HAS YKK ZIPPERS, that DOESN"T mean it's genuine.

And just because you haven't seen it before, or can't find it on Google, or don't like it, or think that "Coach couldn't possibly have made something that ugly" doesn't mean it's fake."

It's good, saw them at the outlet last week - apparently they are being held back until april........or not as the case may be lol

Maybe the delayed release is why the SAs couldn't find them in their Books.
