Can someone take a look at this handbag and authenticate it? I think it is a 1970's Stewardess bag:

The pictures in the listing are too small to see details. The seller needs to post full sized photos in her listings.

There aren't any red flags. Please ask for the additional pictures in full size and you might also suggest that the seller should do that in all her listings.

None of her listings have pictures large enough to see the details necessary to prove authenticity.

I'll comment separately.

#1: Seller is brand new and although the listings don't raise any red flags, there are some problems that the seller needs to learn to avoid.

She uses stock photos and photos that come from other sources. She needs to take her own pictures and post at least 5 or 6 pictures of different parts of the bag (creed, hardware, front, back, lining, bottom) to show the necessary details needed for authentication.

She should NOT use any pictures that belong to other sellers or websites.

#2: Although the bag appears to be okay (and other opinions are welcome), seller, tinabalka sold a fake Coach keychain.

I cannot comfortably recommend a seller who mixes fakes with possibly authentic items because you never know what you'll receive.

I'm really looking into the first one, since finding out about the fake from the 2nd seller, is there anything I should look for when it arrives?

Did you already win item #1? If you can get the seller to send pictures, please request (at the very minimum) pictures of the front plaque and the creed before you pay and before she ships.

Hopefully, you'll fund the payment with a credit card for added protection. And if she has already shipped, post pictures when you receive it.

Yes I did. I purchased through Pay Pay with my credit card so I would have the added protection in case I needed it. Will post pics of everything when it arrives.

1. Needs better pictures, but what I can see looks OK for a 1999 Court Bag.

2. Looks good. One of the many "satchels" that Coach made over the years. Not sure of the exact name. Someone else probably knows for sure. Likely made in the late 1970 or early to mid 1980's.

3. Looks good. A 1994 Court bag.
