There aren't enough pictures of any of the items to authenticate but there are also no details that scream fake. So in answer to your question, we cannot authenticate from the single picture.
If you can request more pictures, ask for pictures of the back of the swingpack, the strap, the interior showing the lining and if there's a creed, a picture of that.
As for calling Coach for information, that's probably the last place I'd suggest you ask for information about anything except what is currently either in the boutique on online. Otherwise, most of the information you get from Coach is either inaccurate or incomplete.
Regarding 'good' fakes, there are some that are more accurate than others, but generally, the fakers don't do everything exactly correctly and on close examination, the differences will show.
