You need to post pictures of the bag. You cannot sell it unless it's authentic.

On the denim patchwork hobo, it came in 3 sizes. I believe that one is the medium. I think the creed ends in 15.
I would like to see more photos of the bag. It appears ok but this bag was highly faked. But the fakes are usually pretty crappy looking.
It should have a zebra print interior.

The 05 in the prefix of the serial number means it was made in 2005. "E" means May (5th letter/5th month).Could you tell me about the year this bag was made?
I bought it at the Outlet a year ago and was just trying to figure out when it was made. It still had papers in it to register your bag with Coach.

LOL! This is why we recommend against calling Coach to ask questions about anything other than items that are currently in their stores. Obviously, the person you spoke to doesn't know about the old REAL serial numbers that were used prior to 1994.
In order to identify and authenticate your bag, pictures are necessary. Include front, back, interior and creed to start. If we need more, we'll let you know.
The bag looks fine.
As for a good price, we can't tell you that. Depending how popular or hard to find an item is, the selling price can sometimes go higher than original retail.
To get an idea of selling prices for that bag, do a search of completed listings for "coach 14708" and see what they've sold for.
As DemRam said, pictures are needed to confirm authenticity, but I'm concerned about that serial number L4C-9956. I don't believe that 9956 is a signature style and that serial number is either on the "fake serial number list" or should be on it.You need to post pictures of the bag. It's NOT real and you can't sell it anywhere, sorry. The thrift shop should give you your money back.
