First the good news: If the picture is the seller's own photo, then the charm in the picture looks good and you bought an authentic item.
That said, this is an *interesting* seller with an interesting history.
The charm you purchased was originally part of a Coach keychain (style 1734) which consisted of 7 charms in various sizes and an additional lozenge hangtag charm.
The seller appears to buy keychains, disassembles them and either sells charms separately or uses them to make tacky jewelry.
The problem is that some of her jewelry items were made with fake Coach charms.

I have no idea what this is supposed to be. I guess it's 2 hangtag charms but there aren't any Swarovski crystals on them nor do I have any idea of authenticity because the picture doesn't show enough detail:
