The person who questioned you is correct. It's fake. I hope you can get a refund from the seller from whom you purchased. And the listing needs to be ended.

(Although you didn't ask, the mini skinny -- at least the box -- is questionable too.)

Hi. I am one of the semi-experts on briefcases and messenger bags. That bag was not made by Coach.

The creed number is not a creed number for briefcases and messengers. It is placed wrong on the bag, Coach never made a bag like that, the beginning part of the creed number is wrong, the shape and size of the creed patch is not like that that Coach uses on briefcases and messengers, the Coach Font on the leather on the bag is wrong, Cooach does not do anything like that embossing, and it is just a plain junky bag. It was probably bought on Canal Street or a Purse Party or i-offer.

Please end your listing.

Just want to add a comment to NSP's suggestion and your "assumption."

It's never safe to "assume" that a bag is authentic because it puts your reputation and your account at risk. It also puts buyers at risk of getting ripped off. Ebay is so full of fakes so it's probably safer to "assume" it's fake rather than assume it's authentic.

A good rule of thumb is that unless you personally purchased an item from a legitimate and authorized retailer, it's in your best interest to have it authenticated. Sellers have to know that any item they want to sell is authentic or it cannot be listed.

There should be a closeup, clear picture of the creed.

The seller has some listings where she uses stock photos stolen from the Coach website or from other sources. Personally, I wouldn't buy from a seller who doesn't use her own pictures.

It looks ok, though the pictures are very blurry. The seller should work on getting clearer pics in her listings. I wonder why this bag has sold twice:
