I think the dark brown one is called the "Saddle Pouch Large" which measured 11 x 9 x 2...though I think there were a couple of sizes. Made in New York City and probably late 70's through mid 80's. You can't really tell the exact age because Coach used "random" serial numbers.

The 2nd one is from the old "Sonoma" line. It's not from the 80's but was actually made in 1994 (the "4" in F4B indicates 1994) and was simply called the "Small Drawstring".

Both look fine to me.
